Home Visit or Domiciliary physiotherapy allows the therapist to assess and treat you or your loved one in the home environment whether it be at home, or in a care home setting. This enables us to identify and address any specific difficulties that are being experienced. We can work with carers, families and other health professionals to help achieve the clients optimal level of independence.
